Workplace Safety for Leaders Workshop

Another leadership development workshop, this one is aimed at creating safe workplaces. When the leaders of an organisation are well equipped to manage and mitigate risk, everyone benefits. Attendees will:

• Discuss legislative requirements in plain English.
• Identify risks and how to control them.
• Train in safety management.
• Learn strategies to manage multi PCBU engagements.
• Establish routine practices for preventative safety.
• Learn about incident management and investigation.
• Prepare for implementation of H&S-based modules and self-assessment tools.

Outputs include a Health and Safety framework analysis and action plan, an Emendas certificate, and a Health and Safety self-assessment tool.
