SafePlus is a health and safety improvement toolkit for businesses. It was developed jointly by WorkSafe New Zealand, ACC and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

What is a SafePlus assessor and how can they help your business? They are independent, HASANZ-registered professionals who are trained to carry out assessments according to the SafePlus framework.

The SafePlus tools consider three very important aspects of health and safety: leadership, risk management, and worker engagement. By tracking these against carefully chosen indicators, we can identify an organisation's stage of maturity and chart a way forward.
