The lowdown

This business was looking to expand. They sought the help of Emendas to test the waters; to find the gaps and weaknesses in their business operations so that they could diversify and grow with minimal issues. 

Their main objective was to add a new product and service range to complement their existing national wholesale offering. The steering team got a full review and report to outline for them the possible paths they could take with a full business case for each option. These outlined what they needed to focus on regarding personnel recruitment and development, and allowed them to decide on the viability of expansion.


The report provided three comprehensive go-to-market options, including implementation costs, necessary training and personnel, and risk and benefit pathways. Emendas looked into national coverage and how the new division could be supported both regionally and nationally by identifying key players in the industry, potential internal product champions, and transferable skills and operational efficiencies which could be applied across to the new division.
