The lowdown
This organisation had a team member in crisis. Emendas worked with the entire team to provide training and help boost awareness, equipping colleagues to spot changes in behaviour and provide the necessary support.
Support structures were put in place to identify and mitigate any further issues.
Outcome
Intervention methods and general awareness meant the employee was able to seek help and a rehabilitation plan was put in place.
