Team Profiling in the Workplace Workshop

This session is an introduction to the comprehensive benefits of Team Profiling & Assessments in the workplace. Like any tool, it needs a skilled user to be at its most effective. We have designed this workshop to equip organisations and leadership teams to get the most out of profile and assessment reports on a long-term basis. Attendees will:

• Discover the purpose of profiling and receive a comprehensive overview.
• Be introduced to the practical use and benefits of Individual and Team reports.
• Learn how to implement the findings assessments through candidate recruitment, and employee onboarding and development.

Note that this is not the Team Performance Workshop that we run based on the results of individual assessments—for that, please see our Team Profiling & Performance range. This workshop is about helping organisations to take ownership of the tools for themselves. The output is an Emendas Leadership Profiling certificate.
