Team Strategy & Code of Conduct Workshop

Intended to get teams off to a great and cohesive start after a big change or at the start of a new year, this workshop is a fantastic investment in operational excellence. Attendees (often either the whole staff or a senior management team/board) will:

• Achieve team alignment.
• Investigate the company culture and compliance with a SWOT.
• Reset the culture where necessary and discuss behavioural norms.
• Set objectives and KPIs. 

All of this is done with expert guidance from Emendas and will set a team up to manage healthy culture, conduct, and compliance in the workplace. Outputs for this workshop include a Compliance and Culture Action Plan, a Code of Conduct, and the SWOT records.
